Open Position

Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can execute campaigns, manage day-to-day marketing operations, and help clients move projects forward consistently and effectively.

This role currently functions as a broad marketing execution position with leadership potential as the department grows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple areas of digital marketing. This is not a highly segmented corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys operating across multiple areas of marketing and solving real-world problems collaboratively.

You will serve as the central execution lead for ongoing marketing initiatives, helping coordinate and implement campaigns across platforms and channels.

    Open Position

    Digital Project Manager

    Own all client delivery from intake through completion. The Project Manager is the central hub of the agency's delivery operation, ensuring every client engagement is scoped clearly, executed on time, communicated proactively, and closed with quality. This role exists to eliminate delivery chaos and create a reliable, repeatable client experience.

    • Manage intake and prioritization of all client work across delivery teams
    • Oversee project scope, milestones, and timelines for all active engagements
    • Oversee ongoing support and retainer delivery across the client portfolio
    • Communicate needs, status updates, and expectations to clients on a defined cadence
    • Gather and confirm client content, approvals, and assets before work begins
    • Ensure quality review is completed before any work is released to clients
    • Balance task allocation with team capacity and delivery workload
    • Coordinate delivery across web services, marketing, and creative teams
    • Escalate blockers, resource conflicts, and scope issues to the Integrator

      Marketing & Automation Coordinator

      • Type: Part-Time, 1099 Contractor
      • Location: Remote (Availability required for meetings between 10 am - 2 pm EST)
      • Compensation: $20-$25/hour (Depending on experience and location)
      • Estimated Hours: 8-10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow based on performance and needs.

      As we grow, we’re seeking a self-directed, resourceful team member to support both internal and external marketing efforts within HighLevel and Mailchimp, as well as technical HighLevel CRM automation tasks.

      This remote role blends marketing coordination with technical execution in HighLevel and WordPress. You’ll support Open Sky’s marketing visibility (social, email, blogs) and help implement marketing systems and automation, ensuring content publishes consistently and is aligned with our brand direction and client expectations. Within this role, you’ll also be responsible for our AI automations within HighLevel, such as AI voice agents and chatbots, which involves reviewing logs and responses and improving prompting as needed. 

      We work primarily asynchronously, but expect availability for planned collaborative meetings between 10 am and 2 pm EST. Clear communication and follow-through are essential to success in this role.

      Marketing Coordination

      • Implement content created by the strategist (email, blog, and social).
        • Create campaign assets in Canva using the provided templates.
        • Schedule and publish content on social platforms or via HighLevel and other tools.
        • Monitor engagement and assist with basic performance reporting.
      • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication.

      CRM & Automation Support

      • Troubleshoot and optimize workflows in HighLevel.
      • Configure and maintain automations and CRM features within HighLevel, Mailchimp, etc.
      • Set up and manage AI voice agents and chatbots, including prompt adjustments based on response reviews.
      • Support email list management, warmups, and campaign sequencing.

      Experience working with HighLevel and Mailchimp: Able to explore our current setup and suggest improvements, as well as troubleshoot future issues.

      Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks without things slipping through the cracks.

      Self-Starter: Comfortable with high-level direction and figuring out implementation details.

      Tech-Savvy: Prior experience with CRMs, automations, or platforms like Zapier, Mailchimp, or HighLevel.

      Process-Minded: Able to follow and improve processes; procedural thinking is essential.

      Marketing Acumen: Understands marketing basics, such as building email sequences, social media best practices, campaign planning, and graphic design basics.
