If you need to make minor alterations to the website, such as changing text, posting an article, or replacing a photo, we’ve got you covered! Your plan includes 30 minutes of complimentary support monthly. If you require additional modifications, we offer discounted Support Plans that allow unlimited changes. Contact us for more information.

Our compatibility support investigates issues, fixes them if possible, or contacts the original developer for assistance. If unresolved, we roll back the update to maintain site functionality and plan for future updates. It’s a comprehensive process of technical support!

Good for you! The beauty of our hosting is that we can scale and grow with your success. As we manage and monitor your account, we’ll work with you as your needs increase. We offer custom hosting options specific for those situations.

Is your site built on WordPress? If so, we’re happy to assist. We’ll gladly log in and examine the setup. After understanding your site’s requirements, we’ll devise a care plan that suits your needs.

We can help you register your domains, or you can transfer your existing domain to us. Some of our plans even include one free domain using a supported TLD (that’s the little extension after the dot, like .com). If you want a more specialized domain, that’s fine! We can quote a price for those domains as well.

Our hosting servers are optimized for just that, hosting. This means email should be handled elsewhere. Check out Google Workspace or Outlook365 instead. These modern email services offer exceptional features at a competitive price.

Our Site Care & Hosting plans are optimal when we manage both the servers and the site. However, you may prefer to handle the servers yourself in some cases. In such instances, we’re pleased to offer Site Care services separately. Please contact us to learn more about the features a standalone Site Care plan would include.

Our Site Care & Hosting plans begin with a 3-month commitment, followed by automatic month-to-month billing, allowing you to cancel anytime. Contact [email protected] to request a change to your account.

Your plan is priced per site. Multiple sites are welcome and will be billed accordingly.

We strive to avoid unnecessary complications when there’s an issue. Contacting multiple people to resolve things can be a hassle. Instead, we pride ourselves on our personalized, boutique support that provides you with a single point of contact, regardless of the problem. An account manager will be assigned to you for direct communication.
